Classes

We offer Two Group Sessions each day, Monday thru Saturday.

The first session begins at 8am and consist, of warm-up (stretching), shadow-boxing, pad-work, bag-work, sparring, clinch and technique development. Running is encouraged before training and there are many great scenic ocean view runs right from our gym in the jungle.

The second session begins at 4:30pm and consist, of warm-up (stretching), shadow-boxing, pad-work, bag-work, sparring, clinch and technique development. Running is also encouraged before training
